These terms explain what our service is, how orders work, and how we treat your money and your time. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our service
Muscat Assignment Help provides custom, human-written academic reference materials and related support (editing, proofreading, formatting and tutoring) for students in Oman and the wider Gulf. We are a virtual service operating on Oman time (GMT+4).
2. Academic integrity & acceptable use
The work we deliver is intended as a learning aid and a structural model. You are responsible for using it in line with your own institution's academic integrity policy. You agree not to misrepresent our work in a way that breaches your university's rules.
3. Orders & quotes
You submit a brief; we respond — typically within 20 minutes — with a price in OMR, a writer's specialism, and a delivery timeline. An order begins once you accept the quote and pay the advance.
4. Payment
- Payment is split 50% advance to start and 50% on delivery.
- We accept bank transfer, card, OMR Pay and international cards.
- Prices are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR). There are no hidden fees or upsells.
5. Revisions
Every order includes a 14-day unlimited revision window. If the work does not meet your brief or your tutor's rubric, we will rework it at no extra cost within that period.
6. Refunds
If we miss an agreed deadline through our own fault, or cannot fulfil an order we accepted, you are entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the stage of work. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we'll resolve it fairly.
7. Delivery & deadlines
Turnaround ranges from 6 hours (assignments under 2,500 words) to 7–21 days (dissertations and theses). Express delivery under 24 hours carries a 30–50% premium. Final files are delivered to your email with Turnitin and AI-detection reports attached.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, the reference work is yours. We do not resell, republish or reuse your content, and your order is purged from our writer-side records after 90 days.
9. Limitation of liability
We deliver high-quality reference materials but cannot guarantee a specific grade, as marking rests with your institution. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
